An intense aromatic profile for a gourmet espresso with notes of marzipan, milk chocolate and spices. For this new and improved version of Chaska ("Star” in Quechua), we have selected green beans from Cajamarca, in the northwest of Peru.The coffee trees are grown between 1200 and 1800 metres above sea level, a region renowned for its beautiful mountainous production areas. This time, this 100% Arabica is a blend of red caturra, red bourbon and typica. Prepared as an espresso, it reveals notes of marzipan, milk chocolate and spices.
