About This Coffee

This coffee from the Alajuela, Central Valley of Costa Rica is a full natural processed coffee; processed by the esteemed micromill of Las Lajas. This mill will be familiar to many coffee fans and has been a staple source of Costa Rica coffees for us over the last several years. It is a clean tasting natural (low minerality) with nice bright red notes, great for cold brew season (producing almost a cola like effervescent profile) or filter and/or espresso.
