About This Coffee

Dancing Goats, our signature blend, is named for the goats that according to legend discovered the spirit-lifting power of coffee. This is our "House Blend" that we use for both espresso and as a drip offering in all of our own cafes. Dancing Goats is favored among baristas as a highly versatile espresso. As an espresso, it can be served as an exceptional single shot or in concert with milk, chocolate, or other flavors. As a drip coffee, Dancing Goats is a deeply satisfying blend that can be enjoyed all day long. Flavor nuances include fresh citrus fruits and fine chocolate, caramel, and spice.
