About This Coffee

This Microlot is the product of four different families of the Indigenous Nasa ethnic group (Páez) within the region of Cauca, Colombia. Pueblo Nuevo is an Indigenous reservation located in the municipality of Caldono Cauca, Colombia. The region has a medium to cold climate with volcanic clay-based soils, ideal for high-quality arabica coffees. The coffee is processed as a washed coffee, highlighting the characteristics typical for a coffee of this origin and region. The flavor profile includes notes of sweetness, spiciness, and acidity.
