At Kanzu, lots are separated by harvest week and numbered accordingly. Lot 17 was harvested mid-summer 2021 and was once again, our favorite on the cupping table this year. Lot 17 holds a classic Rwandan tea-like profile reminding us of Oolong tea that acts as the base of this coffee, rounded out juicy yellow peach-like undertones as it cools and the rich sweetness and breathy florality of vanilla in the aftertaste.
