The lot is made up of Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varietals and is grown at altitudes between 4000-5200 feet from the Chiapas region in Mexico, the country's most noted coffee growing region. This bean is certified Fair Trade and Organic. Processing Methods: Washed, Mountain Water Process This coffee is decaffeinated by Descamex Mountain Water Process which is 100% chemical free. Cupping Notes:: Brown sugar, ripe green apple, lemon, buttery finish.
