This bean is certified Fair Trade and Organic. Processing Methods: Washed, Mountain Water Process This coffee is decaffeinated by Descamex Mountain Water Process which is 100% chemical free. Cupping Notes:: Brown sugar, ripe green apple, lemon, buttery finish.
