Rigorous, precisely controlled steps at every stage create beautifully expressive coffees that intensely vibrant while remaining pristine and clean. This lot, made up of the Java variety, was put through an alternating hot/cold shower - allowing the pores of the coffee seed to open up and absorb all that natural flavour.
