Legendary coffee producer, Wilton Benitez, is a master at using processing to elevate the cup quality of his coffees. Rigorous, precisely controlled steps at every stage create beautifully expressive coffees that intensely vibrant while remaining pristine and clean. This lot, made up of the Java variety, was put through an alternating hot/cold shower - allowing the pores of the coffee seed to open up and absorb all that natural flavour. Expect an intense sweetness of orange candy and vanilla, with a luxurious, milky texture that will leave you wanting more with every sip.
