About This Coffee

Saturday morning, two days off are just around the corner, time to take a deep breath and recharge your batteries. And: Time for our Wikiendi, Swahili for weekend. No filter coffee goes better with a (small) break than the Wikiendi. It impresses with a light roast that unleashes the full potential of the bean and is the perfect choice for lovers of Kenyan coffee who appreciate the typical fruity, tangy sweetness. In the case of Wikiendi, for example, you can taste a light rosehip aroma that spreads from the tip of the tongue to the whole mouth. His origin: the Kiptebes Cooperative Society in Nandi County in western Kenya. Almost 200 farmers, a quarter of them women, produce high-quality specialty coffee there and market it themselves. This filter coffee is best suited for the hand filter as well as for the coffee machine or the French press. The Wikiendi focuses more on aroma than on strength. If you prefer it the other way around, you should rely on our Kushukuru . By the way, you can also drink it on weekends.
