About This Coffee

This very unique coffee is quite a popular option for those of our customers who enjoy an earthy, mellow coffee. It is aged in warehouses that are purposefully exposed to the monsoon rains for a period of 12-16 weeks, simulating the effects of long ocean voyages in clipper ships. It is this process that creates a thick, syrupy body with virtually no acidity at all.
