About This Coffee
Acevedo is a town in Colombia that is nestled on the foothills of the eastern stretching mountain range, Serranía de la Ceja. In this region we find ourselves in San Odolfo, a rural coffee growing community. At the San Odolfo farm, Brayan Alvear has been hard at work bringing new and exciting coffees to the world. Since Brayan was 13, his father had been teaching him everything there is to be known about coffee. Through those formative years he found his passion for it and knew exactly what he wanted to do when he grew older. In this area, it is custom to learn the balance between human and earth, to understand the virtues that come with harnessing the power of the dirt to grow and cultivate. Through this understanding and relationship with the earth, the team at San Odolfo has produced something new, something delicious that we are so excited to share with you. Juicy Grape lives up to its namesake in every way. A clean cup that promises notes of sweet grape, plums, and a lemon top note that encourages you savor every last drop. This coffee is different from our usual line of reserves, and this is intentional, this is a way we Take Risks in our pursuit to Never Stop Learning.
