Daniel Mijane runs two of his family owned washing stations and with their export license they can offer transparency and excellent tasting coffees. Ethiopia is home to the most beautiful coffees in the world. I hope you enjoy this coffee as much as I do. Indigenous heirloom coffee varieties are washed process then dried on raised beds.
