Gluck Coffee Spot
Kumamoto, Japan
It is a coffee that you can enjoy the flavor reminiscent of Brazilian hazelnuts and chocolate and the sweetness like red fruits that appear after cooling. Fazenda Santa Elena is located in Carmodeminas, in the southern state of Minas Gerais, in the Sierra da Manticeira region. The altitude is 950 to 1,300 m. It is cultivated in the best soil quality and excellent climate for the production of specialty coffees. Needless to say, the farm is perfectly preserved in its natural environment, providing visitors with a breathtaking landscape. The family is a four- generation coffee grower, run by Hernan and his sister Elenny. The farm is not mechanized, so all management is done manually. The result is higher production costs, but the utmost care is taken at every stage and process to produce high quality coffee
