About This Coffee

This is our first year importing from The Salaverria Family, and we couldn't be more happy to introduce them into our menu. This coffee comes from the San Francisco Farm, in a region known for cool climates and exceptional coffee cultivation. They develop a variety that is found in this coffee on the farm, called HSF a mix between local Bourbon and Pacas varieties. This coffee wows with a fudge centered body, a low acidity of caramelized fruits, and a hint of star anise. This coffee can be your anytime brew or the special afternoon cup you get to savor. Cerros Las Ranas brims with a fudge forward cup with a crisp sweet finish. This coffee works as your every morning cup or the afternoon pick me up you look forward to at your desk all day.
