About This Coffee

The days are shorter, the weather is colder, it's the holiday season and the best way to warm up is to reach for your Base Layers! A warm, soothing yet complex cup of holiday spirit :-) This year we roasted two stunning coffees pushing the edges where a light roast (almost) meets medium. The coffees are then blended together to highlight rich flavors of spice, cacao and red berries, while a medium body and juicy acidity round out the complexity. Brew up your Base Layers as a filter (drip) or cold brew. And if you are feeling adventurous try pulling this blend as an espresso, but first let it settle (degas) 7-10 days. It will be worth your wait!
