One coffee bean is never the same as another. By some mystery of nature, the fruits of one plot or another stand out among the others. This microlot is a blend of the Maragogipe and Arara varieties, grown at 1,350 meters above sea level, in the shade of olive trees, at the Rainha farm, in Orfeu. No wonder it earned the name Sombreado. The unique sensory characteristics and unique flavor of this coffee wowed our Q-Graders. A rarity that we reserve for you
