One coffee bean is never the same as another. By some mystery of nature, the fruits of one plot or another stand out among the others. This microlot is a blend of the Maragogipe and Arara varieties, grown at 1,350 meters above sea level, in the shade of olive trees, at the Rainha farm, in Orfeu.
