Our inspiration for the Holiday Blend stemmed from our ongoing mission to build a space for gathering and community. Blending a micro lot from Honduras for a velvety chocolate finish, a Ugandan coffee for dark fruit acidity, and a Guatemalan coffee for spiced complexity, our goal was to inspire a festive, approachable sipper for any holiday occasion. Featuring the comforting flavors of warming spice and fudge blended perfectly with the richness of fig jam, this blend pairs with all of the season classics, from gingerbread pastries to pumpkin pie to a festive cheese platter. This seasonal find will be available beginning online and in cafes November 10th for a limited time only. Try this unique holiday coffee in any of our cafes’ signature beverage offerings, brew at home for friends and family, or share through the gift of giving with a memorable coffee experience this holiday season. We recommend this coffee as a single-cup drip or french press to highlight its richness and bold flavors. For single-cup pour over, start with a 1:17 ratio and medium-fine grind achieving a completed cup in three and a half minutes.
