About This Coffee

Continuing with the theme of rarities, we have Purpuracae! The tree itself is beautiful with purple leaves and pink flowers. This lot was actually processed by Shady and Elias Bayter at El Vergel and is, as you’d expect, absolutely wild. It’s heavy on the processing and straight up intense with loads of purple fruit and purple florals. All of the purple!
