Our producer is Isacio J Albir Vichez. Passionate, he wants to improve his processes every day in order to offer incredible batches. He took over his father's farm in 2003. Agua sarca is located in the department of Nueva Segovia, an ideal region in terms of the bio diversity and the terroir it offers. Here Isacio offers us for our greatest pleasure a fruity, complex coffee with a finish full of sweetness and delicacy. A journey through Nicaragua awaits you
