About This Coffee
We have seen a lot of coffees come and go over the two decades that we’ve been around. I can’t guarantee that this is the first natural process coffee that we’ve had out of Mexico, but I’m pretty sure it is. I’m POSITIVE that this is our first anaerobic natural! As such, it is unlike any other Mexican coffee I’ve tasted. The aromatics include hints of berry, grape, and florals. The cup is bright and juicy with notes of strawberry, raspberry, red grape, cane sugar, and honeysuckle. If you’ve enjoyed our other unique Central and South American beans lately, give this one a go!
