About This Coffee

Nestor Lasso's Chiroso Caturra was easily the best coffee on our cupping table the morning we first tasted it. We rushed to secure it since we knew it was likely to disappear quickly, and luckily we caught the last few bags. Now we get to share its bright, floral, pineapple flavors with you! Third-generation coffee farmer Nestor Lasso grows this caturra mutation variety on his farm, El Diviso. First he floats the coffee to select for ripeness. After a complex series of anaerobic fermentation and oxidation steps, the coffee is dried for several weeks.
