About This Coffee

We’re always on the lookout for different. This coffee is of the Parainema variety, a lesser known variety mostly found in Honduras, but one that is getting some attention due to it winning the Cup of Excellence in 2015. Not only is this a rare variety, it’s also naturally processed, making it even more unusual. This uniqueness produces a cup that’s fruity, funky, and complex.
