Step into the rich tapestry of Brazil’s coffee heritage with the Salto Estate 72 Hour, a tribute to generations of passion and dedication. Nestled in the heart of Carmo da Cachoeira, this exquisite coffee tells the story of the Reis family, whose commitment to excellence has been passed down through the years. At an altitude of 1,230 meters, the Salto farm thrives under the careful watch of Fabio Araújo Reis and his sons, André and Juca. Fabio’s journey began at a young age, balancing his love for coffee with the demands of medical school, never straying from the family’s agricultural roots We will try to roast these coffees to an omniroast profile that works in all methods, we roast on a Loring 35kg and will aim for a lighter than medium roast- (40% on our scale) or for you in the know 410-415F end temp, ~10 min total time for all lots with tailoring done for each methods ability to take on heat.
