About This Coffee
El Salvador’s Specialty cafes never dislike their incredible quality. The Mena brothers give us a really amazing coffee, of the highest quality. We chose the Pacamara variety (a larger grain) that also marks a challenge in toasting it, but gave us great positive vibes when we started to taste it. A pleasant round and fruity coffee, with floral and red orange notes, but also vinous thanks to the Natural Anaerobic fermentation process. Soft and sweet, with moderate acidity.
