About This Coffee
Guatemala is back and better than ever! This new Guatemala single origin comes from the El Tarro Farm. Located in the highlands of Sacchumba, Tectitán, Huehuetenango, El Tarro Farm is a testament to Jaime Morales Pérez’s 14 years of dedication to coffee cultivation. Nestled at 1,963 meters above sea level, this 0.88-hectare farm thrives under Jaime’s care, where he grows Borbón, Catimor, and Caturra coffee varieties. This coffee specifically went through a washed process, with a 48 hour fermentation period, and sun-dried on patios. Supported by his family, Jaime combines traditional techniques with a deep passion for coffee farming, producing a delicious single origin like this one that reflects his commitment and expertise. Celebrate this holiday season the right way with friends and family by enjoying this roast’s decadent, warm flavors.
