About This Coffee
Luis is a farmer from Amatenango de la Frontera, Chiapas. He was born in Huehuetenango, Guatemala and emigrated across the border to Mexico over 30 years ago. He has been managing his farm in Amatenango for over 25 years with his wife, Grisalia Mazariegos Riuvadeneyra. Together they have four children; three sons (two of which live in the US) and a daughter. His youngest son, Meynor, lives on the farm and helps Luis manage the day to day. Luis cultivates more than a dozen different varieties and is highly focused on quality. This coffee is comforting, like a hug at every sip.
