What if I told you there’s a coffee here we’re all really excited about… I mean obviously we love all of our green little beanie baby’s… but there’s one who’s stood out like a precocious child. That’s how we feel about our latest Tabi, an anaerobic fermentation lot from Alvaro Mora’s farm, Villa Pastora. Mora’s farm which sits at 1680 masl was an inheritance from his mother, with this sentimental value in mind, he’s continuing his mother’s coffee roots producing exceptional quality coffees. This Tabi packs a punch, with notes of dark chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla - held together with a silky smooth body.
