About This Coffee
Las Lajas coffee is produced in Sabanilla, Alajuela from 4,260 to 5,250 feet above sea level, focusing on honey and natural processes’ micro-lots. The owners, Francisca Cubillo and Oscar Chacon are in charge of keeping the tradition of artisanal coffee production. The farm has an organic certification from BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH. This coffee has a medium to high body, balanced acidity similar to dehydrated pineapple, floral aromas and chocolate aftertaste.
