Our NOBILE is a super sweet and very fruity espresso, because we use only beans for this blend, which have been prepared as a natural. For this purpose the cherries are sun-dried by our friends from Nicaragua and Ethiopia after picking on Raised Bed. By fermenting the coffee cherries in the flesh, they get their special touch, their fruity, berry taste and their intense sweetness. And that is very special or many “too mad”. But the NOBILE also has a huge fan base, which was not at all enthusiastic about the idea of returning it or even abolishing it.
