About This Coffee

Mudge is a moody character. Once described by a former employer as being "a bit of a bummer sometimes", we love Mudge for being themselves and wearing their heart on their sleeve. This dark roast is named in honor of all our moody friends out there, who aren't afraid to be who they are. We gently roast green coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala to second crack, allowing for a fully developed cup. Rich notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and hazlenut.
