Coffee was first cultivated in Ethiopia. The Yirgacheffe coffee, grown between 1700-2200m has acquired a high status among African coffees. The indigenous ‘heirloom’ varietals - which grow wild in Ethiopia - are responsible for the unique floral notes of this coffee, which will remind you of tea.
