About This Coffee

This is our first year purchasing from H.K. Shreedev and Reap Acres, a cooperatively owned specialty coffee exporter in India, and is Phoenix's first purchase from India. We are committed to seeking out specialty coffee from lesser-known regions as a strategy for mitigating the impacts of climate change or supply chain disruptions. H795 coffee grown at 1160 masl using organic methods; selectively hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; floated; pulped using an eco-pulper; fermented dry for 20 hours; mechanically washed with fresh spring water; sun-dried on patios for 8 days.
