About This Coffee

We first encountered Las Palmas at an SCA cupping in April and noted it for being a clean, natural-process coffee with lovely, complex fruits. We're excited to share this coffee's unique mix of crisp grapefruit, grape, and mango. For this lot, ripe cherries were submerged in water and fermented for several days, then dried for 3 to 4 weeks.
