Another super tasty lot from award winning producers Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera, this is a very chill medium roast perfect for an espresso. The washed processing allows for the bright acidity from high grown beans to shine through giving a more mellow flavour profile and a great single origin with subtle fruit notes. It’s a beautifully simple and balanced coffee with crisp acidity & caramel sweetness making for a fine cup of espresso, great to be enjoyed black or with milk.
