Irgachefe is a well-known coffee bean branded area, but in recent years it has been subdivided into areas, and each taste is finely characterized. Cervesa is a highland over 1,950m, and the temperature drops from night to morning when the fog can enter. Since the temperature rises only comfortably during the day, sun drying in the natural process is also performed slowly by 10 days 〜 14 days. It has a top finish that maximizes the flavor of the cherry. Chelvesa has an overwhelming scent that jumps into the nasal cavity first and foremost. Not only is this limited to roasted beans, but there is a pleasant scent that is so sweet and soft that you can see the quality in the state of raw beans at a glance. It's my favorite scent. Better finishes in shallow water to take advantage of this scent, but I wanted a little bit of the Ethiopianness of Mejicafe, and aimed at the centerpiece of medium and shallow decoctions. Whether you feel thin and bitter, it is a finish that balances aroma and rich acidity on the brink. Irgachefe has a good reputation for quality in general, but it may be said that the scent and taste that stands out so far is Cerbesa.
