BARISTA CREATIONS GINGERBREAD the spicy ginger flavor, is a warm complement to the coffee rounded cereal note. It all starts with a base coffee blend of Latin American and African Arabicas. Brazilian coffee lends the blend its roundness and balance, whilst Ethiopian coffee brings delicate aromatics and finesse. The coffees in this blend are medium-dark roasted in order to yield a rounded coffee with a soft biscuit note. Adding gingerbread flavor creates a warm flavored coffee; just the thing as the days turn colder. ORIGIN Welcome the spicy gingerbread flavor: a warm complement to your coffees rounded cereal note. ROASTING The Arabica coffees in BARISTA CREATIONS GINGERBREAD are split roasted. The Brazilian beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop their sweetness. The second split gives this Vertuo flavored coffee its velvety texture. We add the gingerbread flavor in after roasting.
