I used to roast this coffee a tad bit darker but it's been trending lighter over time. Now that jawn is out this coffee can be a true third wave type of espresso. I generally have refered to this coffee as a fully developed light roast. We're looking at an excellent chocolatey espresso with a nice dry finish but also clean and no bite. This is another fincas miersich coffee from the Placeres farm. If spro is not your thing it's great for drip!
