About This Coffee

This Valle de la Cauca coffee is a unique variety from the great Colombian farm Granja La Esperanza. The farm is located at more than 1500m above sea level and is considered one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Colombia. Granja La Esperanza has perfect control of coffee fermentation. This variety has also been dried naturally for 15 days in patios under controlled humidity. In cup, we have a tremendous sweetness and an explosion of flavors. A perfect coffee to start with the gentle method!
