Stumptown Coffee Roasters
Portland, OR, USA
The Cantillo family runs their fourth-generation farm in Southern Huila, Colombia with a humble dedication to hard work and innovation resulting in a smooth, clean cup. In 1987, IsaĂas Cantillo purchased a coffee farm in the mountainous region of Southern Huila, Colombia. We were first introduced to his coffee in 2007, when a spectacular lot won first place in Colombia’s Cup of Excellence competition. We’ve bought his coffee ever since. Over the years, IsaĂas has continued to acquire land around the farm for each of his five sons. Today, all of his sons manage their own coffee plots independently, and we buy coffee from them as well. This is why the coffee bears the name "Cantillo Family.” Throughout the harvest cycle, we receive samples of the Cantillos’ top lots—some of them representing only a few pounds of coffee—and build volume for this limited-release offering.
