El Romerillo is a coffee farm situated in the San Ignacio region of northern Peru, an area bustling with coffee activity. El Romerillo focuses on high-quality, organically-produced coffee, adhering to sustainable farming practices to protect the ecologically sensitive region it’s located in. The farm, at an elevation of 1700 meters, grows various coffee varietals like Catimor, Catuai, Gesha, and Mundo Novo. The area’s high altitude, fertile soils, and cooler temperatures contribute to the high quality of coffee produced.
