About This Coffee

This is our second year purchasing from an outgrowers lot processed by Dimtu, this one processed at Tero Farm. Dimtu exemplifies practices for recordkeeping, traceability, education and worker empowerment in Ethiopia and pays premiums above the local market price to its outgrowers. 74110, 74112, and local varieties grown using organic methods at 1800-2200 MASL; selectively hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; and dried on raised beds for 10-15 days.
