Colombia Exporter Carabella is a quality-oriented exporter specializing in high quality coffee in Colombia and with quality laboratories at its locations in Willa, Trima, Cauca and Narigno. We build and buy relationships from a long-term perspective with quality-oriented farmers who have the same goals as them. Farmers who partner with them are quality-oriented and business-oriented, some of whom provide technical guidance to other farmers. However, in coffee trading (dry perchment, they do not meet the strict criteria they set (yield, raw bean appearance, shortcomings, water values, water activity). It also has a rating by cupping, with the highest number ML (imcrolot) being based on a cupping score of 87 or more and can only be received by polar producers. The Bourbon species made by Juan David Embass to guide you this time are also great coffees for microlots. The La Bonita Farm, Cauca is located in southwestern Colombia, adjacent to Willa in the east and Narigno in the west. The place name Cauca comes from "Cauca River" which flows north and south. Cauca is a highland with an altitude of 1,700 ~1,900 m, and the cold difference between day and night is intense, and the coffee cherry repeats the contraction to produce firm coffee. The climate is stable without much elevation and low differences, so you can produce a stable, volatile coffee compared to other regions. It also allows beautiful water flowing from the Andes, abundant rainfall of 1,950 mm per year, warm climates and volcanic soils to produce high quality coffee. Cauca is also a land of ethnic diversity, with indigenous peoples and Mestiso (mixed white and indio), an African Colombian who has been taken by the Spanish for mining hundreds of years ago. Live in, but consistent in cultural practices and coffee production. Juan David is a young producer of coffee with big dreams at the La Bonita plantation in the Paes district of Cauca. When Juan David married his wife Andrea, he didn't have his own home yet and had to live separately in each parents' house. We gradually increased our savings and built our land and home. Around 2009, the couple started making coffee, but at that time they made coffee by weight over quality, but now they have turned it into a quality-specific way of making it. In 2021, we shifted to making high quality coffee in earnest, and in recent years we have been working to improve various refining and plantation management. All of Juan David's harvesting, refining, and drying processes have been recorded and managed by Andrea to accumulate and utilize data to make more high quality coffee. Mr. and Mrs. Juan David live near the farm and always live with coffee. His dream is to make the best quality coffee. And I dream that someday people will come to learn coffee making at this La Bonita plantation. Currently, Juan David's particular focus is harvesting, focusing on picking only ripe cherries anyway. Then shell and in the yeast layer 26 ~ 30 hours ⁇ yeast is advanced, washed off beautifully with water, the defective beans are also removed and moved to the drying process. Drying is done on a parabolic patio in a vinyl house designed with good airflow, and is done 15 days before and after in compliance with the weather. Finally, a message from Mr. Juan David "This coffee is the dream that young producers have worked hard towards a better future for their families, and I want to feel and drink"
