This honey processed Parainema varietal from our farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua is one of our most beloved offerings. A relatively new process in the history of Finca Misericordia, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic stage prior to drying, resulting in a balanced, fruity, and incredibly sweet coffee. We taste notes of tangerine, stonefruits, and caramel, with a rich body and a clean finish; ideal as a modern espresso.
