While everyone has just about found their footing into the new year, the coffee department is excited to premiere our first single origin release of 2024. Bombe Village is named after the Bombe mountains in the Bensa region of Sidama Ethiopia, where Ngiusse Nare produced this coffee 2,300 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries from Nare, as well as cherries collected from 60 of his neighboring outgrowers, were dried on raised beds for 20 days before processing. The results from this natural process present a stellar sweetness, with notes of white peach and blackberries accompanied by a delicate floral aroma of lilies and lavender. We hope you enjoy this coffee as we begin a new year with much more to come from the coffee team.
