A good resource defends itself. Only the Pacamara coffee variety grows on the Los Angeles farm in El Salvador. Sigfredo Corado has been managing this farm for 10 years. I was afraid of this botanical variety, as the villain is afraid of Batman. Great grain, rarely invited to our roasting room. Originally from El Salvador and often dominating the top of the Cup of Excellence competition - this is a Miss Universe event, but it is about coffee. On cupping coffee delighted us with a powerful body and a solid dose of sweetness. I decided to take up the challenge, we ordered the beans and the very first bake of this coffee did great things. How sweet, how sticky, how coffee was it!
