It's November again and it's arguably the same message. Another excellent harvest. A bit more fruit this year and the acidity is exceptional to help space it out. José is a 7 year participant in the resistance group in Mataquescuintla and his farm is just north of Alex & Irma's in the municipality of San Miguel.
