About This Coffee

Ethiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, has a traditional coffee ceremony to recognize its importance to the land and people. We think the Sidama roast represents the region well with bright notes of floral and fruit, and a hint of citrus. Traditionally, Sidama beans are natural or dry-processed, but this batch is wash-processed, bringing out a clean-tasting floral cup with hints of lemon grass.
