Living and farming in San Sebastian De La Plata, Colombia, Amparo is one of our most trusted long-time producers. She's passionate about her community, dedicating herself and her work to ever-improving quality of coffee and quality of life. We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day. Olympia Coffee is dedicated to ethical coffee production through our Fair For All initiative.
