It is a two bean blend consisting of fresh crop Colombia and Guatemala. The Colombia is a blend of many farms that was sourced by French Truck in June. It is roasted to a medium roast level. The Guatemala is also a blend of many farms and like the Colombia there is a premium placed on it for quality. We are offering something that can stand alone and be paired nicely with milk. This blend definitely achieves that and more! The fresh crop Colombia brings a nice cherry sweetness to the ultra-balanced Guatemalan. The lower baseline notes of chocolate nuttiness compliment the caramel, cherry sweetness for a warm, full- bodied holiday blend. We are happy to share the La Fete Noel with you.
